About the Role

As a Bar Attendant in our all-day restaurant, you craft refreshing daytime beverages and signature drinks that complement our dining identity. You embody energy, creativity, and precision behind the bar.

### Main Responsibilities

-   Prepare and serve beverages to premium standards, including cocktails, coffees, fresh juices, and signature drinks.
-   Assist bartenders with mise-en-place, stock management, and daily preparation.
-   Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout the shift.
-   Support service staff with beverage orders and timely delivery.
-   Recommend suitable beverages based on guest preferences and confidently upsell premium options.
-   Maintain proper hygiene, HACCP compliance, and bar safety standards.
-   Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring full bar readiness.
-   Communicate effectively with bartenders, barbacks, and service teams to maintain smooth operational flow.

## Requirements

-   Bar experience in luxury venues or 5-star hotels.
-   Excellent English, additional languages are a plus.
-   Professional appearance and positive attitude.
-   Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently during peak hours.
-   Flexibility for shift-based schedules (evenings, events, activations).
-   Passion for beverage service and willingness to learn.

**Technical Skills**

-   Knowledge of a wide variety of cocktails, coffee preparations, and fresh juices.
-   Ability to recommend beverages based on guest preferences.
-   Understanding of bar mise-en-place, stock rotation, and basic bar equipment.
