**What to expect in the job?**

-   Ensure that quality targets are achieved for key customers
-   Co-ordinate order processing to ensure that service levels are of the highest standard
-   Complete work in the most efficient manner
-   Control staff movements within department to ensure accurate work records
-   Implement and enforce all Group HR Policies
-   Implement and enforce all Group Health and Safety policies
-   Minimise waste in relation to packaging
-   Minimise energy use
-   Participate fully in the continuous improvement system
-   Maintain good relationships with other functions within the factory and maximise cross-functional workings to deliver the best overall result possible

**Working hours:**

**Boning Hall: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm (approximately)**

## Requirements

**What we need from you?**

-   Proficient English
-   Portuguese/Polish speaking is advantageous but not required
-   Basic computer skills are advantageous
-   Good people management skills
-   Target-oriented approach
-   Commitment to confidentiality
-   Previous experience in meat production (beef processing preferred)
-   Knife skills
-   Responsible from pre op. to post op. handover
-   Manage staff holidays
