## Description

**Kepak is a global food company serving international retailers and food service household names with prime cuts of meat, on-trend food concepts and ready-for-market convenience foods.**  

**Kepak in Bodmin** is a beef processing facility. We offer beef products ranging from retail ready cuts for butchers’ counters to branded packaged meat, all as part of our service; raised on open pastures, sourced from local farmers and hand-selected by our master butchers, we produce beef products with integrity and unmatched quality assurance. 

**Our Beef Boning Department is looking for people who are interested in getting involved in the butchery processes. This might be packing or sorting the meat - all part of learning about the business to further your career at Kepak.**

**Working 40 to 45 hours a week Monday to Friday from 6.30am with flexibility on finishing times and a salary of £12.75 per hour.**

## Requirements

-   Check the cuts of meat to ensure they are in line with specification, ensuring it meets with our high quality standards
-   Be able to recognise the different cuts of meat - full training will be given
-   Arrange the meat in packaging, complying with customer specifications
-   Weigh product and ensure correct
-   Reject any items (including packaging) which does not meet our quality specifications
-   Adhere to Health & Safety rules and procedures
-   Work in a cold environment
-   Be a team player
