**What You’ll Do:**

-   Oversee all operations within the Boning Hall, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and company policies.
-   Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of Boning Hall Operatives, inspiring them to excel in their roles.
-   Coordinate production activities to meet client specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
-   Manage resources effectively to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
-   Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analysing production metrics and implementing innovative solutions.
-   Act as a point of contact for audits, reports, and regulatory requirements.

## Requirements
