**What You’ll Do**

-   Own a market — you will be focused on the Australian market, and you’ll be responsible for growing our top segments as if it were your own business.
-   Run high-impact demos that clearly show prospects how our SmartBox product solves their operational challenges.
-   Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiation, and close.
-   Experiment and adapt — try new outreach methods, refine your pitch, and find creative ways to break through.
-   Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term customer success.

## Requirements

**Who You Are**

-   2+ years of B2B SaaS or high-velocity sales experience with a track record of consistently closing new business.
-   A self-starter who’s energized by ownership — you don’t just run plays, you create them.
-   Resilient and resourceful — you keep moving after rejection and find new ways to win.
-   Passionate about learning products and showing customers how they can transform operations.
-   Startup-minded — flexible, collaborative, and willing to contribute beyond your immediate role.

**Nice to Have**

-   Sales experience in industries like hospitality, property management, fleet/logistics, facilities/security, first responder, or government services.
-   Background in IoT, access control, or hardware-enabled SaaS.

## Benefits

-   Base salary $60,000 - $70,000 AUD plus uncapped commission, expected OTE $95,000 - $110,000 AUD.
