**Job Location: Gurugram**

**Job Duration: 6 Months contract**

**Job Responsibilities**  

-   Manage all ISPs and related issues to ensure 24x7 availability of internet
-   User & Access Management: Create/manage user accounts and permissions.
-   Network Support: Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/VPN/wifi issues.
-   Monitoring & Performance: Track system health and optimize performance.
-   Software Management: Install, update, and manage enterprise software
-   Documentation: Maintain system configurations and update logs.
-   Technical Support: Provide advanced support for IT issues.
-   Automation: Use scripts (preferably PowerShell/Python) to automate routine tasks.
-   Manage and maintain Servers - Windows and Linux (including latest patches etc.)
-   Manage Active Directory – Google workspace Administration etc.
-   Maintain and implement GPO policies according to regional and global policies.

## Requirements

-   IT related degree
-   Minimum 3- 5 years of experience
-   High-level of problem-solving skills
-   Proactive and autonomous in completing tasks
-   Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
-   Intermediate+ level of English mandatory
