## Description

KG Law Firm, a leading and innovative Greek law firm, recognized as one of the largest and most prestigious multidisciplinary law firms in Greece, is looking for an **IT Support Administrator** to join its growing IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the digital backbone of one of Greece’s top-tier law firms and actively contribute to its ongoing digital transformation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   **End-User IT Support**

-   Provide first-line and second-line internal IT support to employees
-   Troubleshoot daily user issues across hardware, software, and connectivity
-   Support users remotely and on-site with fast issue resolution
-   Manage and resolve IT tickets within agreed response times
-   Escalate advanced infrastructure or security issues when required

-   **User & Device Administration**

-   Set up new users (onboarding)
-   Manage offboarding and access removal
-   Configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
-   Manage user permissions, passwords, and access rights
-   Install and maintain software and updates
-   Support printers, peripherals, and conferencing equipment
-   Assist with basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, printers)

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’ s degree in Information Technology,
-   At least 3 years of experience in IT Administration
-   Excellent command of English (Proficiency level).
-   Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors and stakeholders.
