KG Law Firm, a multidisciplinary, leading Greek law firm dating back to the 1930s and recognized as one of the most prestigious law firms in Greece, is seeking to recruit a motivated Senior Associate Lawyer to join our Firm.

**Main responsibilities**

-   Advises on all aspects of IP including trademark and copyright clearance, registrations, brand protection and enforcement, and IP issues arising in new ventures, marketing campaigns and product launches.
-   Manages and oversees trademark portfolio matters and the prosecution process for trademarks and patents, including preparing and reviewing filings, monitoring deadlines and maintaining accurate records.
-   Supports M&A projects by taking responsibility for IP due diligence and coordinating relevant documentation and post-acquisition IP integration.
-   Drafts and reviews IP-related agreements, including basic IP assignments and licenses.
-   Handles IP litigation and enforcement matters, including drafting cease-and-desist letters, oppositions and cancellations, monitoring trademark use on social media, and assisting in the preparation of settlement documentation.
-   Collaborates with and provides guidance to other team members on day-to-day IP matters and case management, while ensuring the effective and timely delivery of client work.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Law.
-   Qualified as an attorney-at-law in Greece.
-   Master's Degree with specialization in IP from a prominent University.
-   Proven track record of minimum 6 years both from an advisory and law enforcement-oriented practice.
-   Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written.
-   Personality of high ethics and integrity.
-   Writing, organizational and problem solving, as well as clear client service orientation.
-   Ability to multi-task and work efficiently both within the team and individually.
-   Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills and commercial awareness.
