### **Talent Acquisition Advisor | KG Talent**

**About the opportunity**

KG Talent is looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to support hiring across a diverse and growing portfolio of businesses.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with hiring managers, manage end-to-end recruitment, and help build a consistent, high-quality approach to talent. You’ll play a key role in shaping the candidate experience and contributing to the evolution of our TA function.

**Key responsibilities**

-   Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units
-   Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insights
-   Source candidates through job boards, networking, and proactive search
-   Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews in a timely manner
-   Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process
-   Maintain accurate data in the ATS and support reporting
-   Contribute to employer branding and continuous improvement initiatives
-   Support TA and HR projects, including system enhancements and process optimisation

**About you**

-   2–3 years’ experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR
-   Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-   Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
-   Experience using ATS platforms and online sourcing tools
-   Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
-   Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or similar (or equivalent experience)
-   Exposure to blue-collar or high-volume recruitment is advantageous
