## Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Practice Manager** to join our team at Key Health Bondi Junction.

This is a key leadership role where you will work closely with the Group Practice Manager and Principal Doctors to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice, while delivering an exceptional experience for both patients and staff.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a busy medical practice
-   Recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing reception and nursing team
-   Oversee rostering to ensure appropriate clinic coverage
-   Act as the primary point of contact for staff and patient queries or concerns
-   Drive a positive team culture and lead by example
-   Monitor and achieve KPI targets aligned with business growth
-   Maintain and improve systems and processes to support efficient practice operations
-   Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
-   Oversee payroll, banking reconciliation, and reporting activities
-   Support onboarding of doctors, registrars, and allied health practitioners
-   Contribute to projects such as clinical trials and occupational health initiatives

### About You

You are a proactive and organised leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

**You will bring:**

-   Previous experience in a medical practice or healthcare environment
-   Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams
-   Strong understanding of the Australian healthcare system, including Medicare and private billing
-   Experience with medical software (e.g. Best Practice)
-   Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-   A hands-on approach with strong organisational and time management skills
