**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Yard & Logistics Supervisor to lead our yard and dispatch operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily yard activities, coordinating dispatch operations, and supporting the team to ensure products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.

Please note, this role requires flexibility to rotate between day and afternoon shifts.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead, mentor, and support the yard and dispatch team
-   Coordinate daily yard operations and workflow priorities
-   Plan delivery schedules and optimise load configurations
-   Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately
-   Maintain strong safety, compliance, and housekeeping standards
-   Oversee stock control, stocktakes, and inventory accuracy
-   Support team training and performance development
-   Work closely with internal teams, drivers, and customers to resolve operational matters

**About You**

-   Previous supervisory experience within manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics
-   Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate teams
-   Current forklift licence essential
-   Strong understanding of dispatch, logistics, and inventory processes
-   Good computer and organisational skills
-   Strong communication skills and attention to detail
-   Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented approach
