Metroll Coffs Harbour is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our team. This is an opportunity for someone with a background in building products, trade sales, or customer service to work closely with customers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver great service and practical solutions.

**About the role**

Based at our Coffs Harbour branch, you will play an important role supporting our customers and sales team. You will manage customer enquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, and provide product solutions to builders, tradespeople, contractors, and other industry customers.

**Your responsibilities will include:**

-   Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
-   Preparing accurate quotes and processing sales orders
-   Providing product advice and solutions based on customer requirements
-   Building strong relationships with builders, trades, and repeat customers
-   Supporting external sales activities and identifying opportunities to grow sales
-   Liaising with production, scheduling, and delivery teams to ensure customer expectations are met
-   Maintaining accurate records and providing general sales administration support

**About you** 

You will be a customer-focused sales professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced trade environment.

**You will ideally have:**

-   Experience in internal sales, customer service, or trade counter sales
-   Knowledge of building products, roofing, steel, manufacturing, or construction industries
-   Confidence dealing with builders, contractors, and trade customers
-   Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities
-   Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service
-   A willingness to learn products and develop your sales capability
-   Experience with products such as roofing, steel, cladding, insulation, or related building materials will be highly regarded.
