**Despatch Coordinator** 

Are you organised, good with people and experienced in keeping deliveries running smoothly? 

**Mesh & Bar** is an Australian manufacturer and supplier of reinforcing steel products to the construction industry. We're looking for a reliable Despatch Coordinator to join our busy operations team. This role would cover a 6 month maternity leave with the view to potential permanent opportunities.  

**What you'll be doing** 

-   Organising daily deliveries, truck loads and transport bookings. 

-   Liaising with drivers, customers and warehouse staff. 

-   Processing orders and preparing delivery documentation. 

-   Coordinating stock availability with production and inventory teams. 

-   Resolving delivery enquiries and keeping despatch records up to date.

**What we're looking for** 

-   Experience in despatch, transport or warehouse administration. 

-   Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. 

-   Confident communication and basic computer skills. 

-   Ability to juggle competing priorities in a busy environment. 

-   A practical, reliable attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. 

Experience in manufacturing, steel or construction materials would be an advantage.
