**About the Role**

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a team of 15-20 operators including 2 leading hands at our Toowoomba facility. You’ll oversee rollforming production and have direct input on team development, business improvement and commissioning of plant grades while ensuring output and quality remain at the highest standard.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll manage shift planning, labour, and production scheduling, while fostering a safe, high-performing workplace culture.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Plan shifts, manage labour costs, and hit production targets
-   Develop and execute production plans to maximise output and efficiency
-   Coordinate schedules and priorities with other department leads including sales and logistics
-   Uphold safety, quality control, housekeeping, and waste management standards
-   Mentor and train team members to ensure compliance with best practices

**What We’re looking For**

-   Strong leadership and communication skills
-   Experience in sheet metal and/ or roll forming preferred but not essential
-   Proven ability to plan shifts, control labour costs, and boost efficiency
-   Solid knowledge of workplace safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
-   Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
