Metroll Perth is seeking a customer-focused and proactive **Customer Service Representative** to join our team.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service, processing orders, preparing quotations, and providing product information and support.

**About the Role**

Working closely with our Sales, Production, and Operations teams, you will help ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and professional service from initial enquiry through to delivery.

Your ability to build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and provide practical solutions will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and business success.

Your responsibilities will include:

-   Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
-   Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
-   Preparing quotations and following up on sales opportunities
-   Providing product information and technical guidance to customers
-   Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
-   Coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment
-   Resolving customer enquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner
-   Maintaining accurate customer records and administration

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

-   Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, or administration
-   Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
-   Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
-   The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-   A positive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude
-   Strong computer skills and confidence using business systems

**Desirable**

-   Experience within manufacturing, construction, building products, or industrial industries
-   Knowledge of building products or the construction industry
-   Experience using customer management, quoting, or ERP systems
-   Previous experience in an internal sales or customer service environment
