### Learning & Development Specialist | Kanji Group

Kanji Group is a diverse Australian business with operations across manufacturing, mining, engineering, construction, property, and corporate services.

We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to support the development, delivery, and administration of learning initiatives across our group of companies.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys creating engaging learning content, facilitating training, managing learning systems, and working closely with managers and employees to support capability development across the business.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will play a key role in delivering practical learning solutions that support employee capability, compliance, and performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

-   Developing and maintaining training materials, presentations, facilitator guides, videos, e-learning modules, and job aids.
-   Delivering face-to-face and virtual training programs.
-   Designing and digitising learning content using a blended learning approach.
-   Administering the GO1 learning platform, including user management, course assignments, reporting, and system support.
-   Coordinating training requirements and engaging internal and external training providers where required.
-   Supporting onboarding programs and role-specific learning pathways.
-   Monitoring training completion and maintaining accurate learning records.
-   Producing training and compliance reports.
-   Evaluating learning effectiveness and recommending improvements.
-   Supporting managers and subject matter experts with training delivery.
-   Assisting with broader people and culture initiatives as required.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

-   Experience in learning and development, training coordination, instructional design, or a similar role.
-   Experience developing and delivering training programs.
-   Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS), ideally GO1 or a similar platform.
-   Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
-   Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
-   Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning technologies.

**Preferred Experience**

-   Experience within manufacturing, industrial, mining, construction, or operational environments.
-   Experience supporting learning initiatives across multiple business units or brands.
