Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and reliable **Roll Form Operator** to join our Rockhampton manufacturing team.

**About the Role** 

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating roll forming machinery to manufacture steel roofing and building products to customer specifications.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality products safely and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Set up and operate roll forming machinery
-   Manufacture products to customer specifications and quality standards
-   Read and interpret production schedules and work orders
-   Conduct quality checks and measurements throughout production
-   Perform routine machine inspections and basic maintenance
-   Assist with material handling and movement of finished products
-   Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
-   Work closely with production and dispatch teams to meet customer deadlines

**About You**

-   Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
-   Experience with roll forming or sheet metal processing highly regarded
-   Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
-   Strong commitment to workplace safety
-   Good attention to detail and quality standards
-   Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
-   Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude
