# Marketing Specialist - Lead Generation and Content

## Description

Marketing specialist in a leading talent, learning, and consulting ecosystem operating across the MENA region. As we grow our presence and pipeline across Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and beyond, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive inbound lead generation through compelling content that speaks to our target audiences, HR leaders, L&D decision-makers, government entities, CEOs and corporate executives.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Develop and execute a content-led lead generation strategy aligned with the company’s 3Cs framework and service lines
-   Build and manage a consistent content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and the company website, targeting HR, L&D, and organizational development audiences in Jordan and the Gulf
-   Produce or commission content that positions the company as a thought leader — articles, insights, case study narratives, explainer posts, short videos, and campaign assets
-   Design and run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) optimised for lead capture among corporate and government decision-makers
-   Create and manage landing pages, lead magnets, and inbound funnels aligned to specific service lines (capability programs, talent deployment, culture activation)
-   Develop email nurture sequences targeting prospects at different stages of the buyer journey
-   Translate client case studies into content that demonstrates real impact and builds trust (where applicable)
-   Monitor and report on key metrics: qualified leads generated, cost per lead, content engagement, conversion rates
-   Work closely with the business development team to ensure marketing-qualified leads are handed over with appropriate context
-   Manage external designers or content creators as needed

## Requirements

-   5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing with a strong emphasis on content-driven lead generation
-   Experience marketing consulting, training, L&D, or professional services; understanding the long sales cycle and trust-based buying journey in these sectors is essential
-   Strong written communication in English; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage given the bilingual nature of the company’s delivery
-   Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager; Google Ads experience is a plus
-   Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
-   Ability to translate complex service offerings into clear, engaging content that resonates with senior decision-makers
-   Google Analytics (GA4) certification and/or Meta Digital Marketing certification is preferred
-   Understanding of the MENA business landscape, particularly Jordan and Saudi Arabia

**Preferred**

-   Prior exposure to government, healthcare, or international development sectors (primary client verticals)
-   Graphic design capability (Canva or Adobe Suite).
