**About the Role:**

One of our clients is hiring a Revenue & Renewals Specialist to manage the full subscription lifecycle for their B2B software clients across the Middle East. You'll handle renewals, billing, collections, and reporting for annual subscriptions with varying pricing and durations, ensuring revenue accuracy and service continuity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Track contract renewals and proactively manage the renewal cycle
-   Prepare accurate quotations and invoices aligned with subscription terms
-   Monitor collections and follow up on outstanding B2B payments
-   Produce revenue, profitability, and renewal reports
-   Support billing accuracy and protect recurring revenue
-   Ensure compliance with Saudi ZATCA e-invoicing requirements

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
-   2–3 years of experience in billing, revenue operations, or collections, ideally in B2B SaaS/software
-   Experience managing annual subscriptions with varied pricing and terms
-   Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
-   Advanced Excel and reporting tools proficiency
-   Proficient in Arabic and English
-   Knowledge of Saudi VAT/ZATCA is a plus
