## Description

A leading **Big 4 consulting firm** is seeking a **Senior Manager or Director-level Labor Market Policies & Strategy professional** to lead the delivery of a strategic public sector engagement in Saudi Arabia.

## Requirements

### Key Requirements

-   **12+ years of experience** in labour market policies, employment strategies, workforce development, or related fields.
-   Strong understanding of **labor market policies and strategies in Saudi Arabia and internationally**.
-   Demonstrated experience in developing, reviewing, or supporting **labor market strategies, employment policies, and workforce development initiatives**.
-   Familiarity with international frameworks and standards of organizations such as:

-   International Labour Organization (ILO)
-   World Bank
-   United Nations (UN)

-   Experience engaging with **senior government stakeholders**, including ministerial and executive leadership.
-   Strong strategic thinking, policy analysis, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
-   Previous experience supporting government entities or public sector transformation initiatives is preferred.
-   Experience in the GCC and public sector advisory projects is highly desirable.

### Engagement Details
