A highly reputable organization in Jordan is seeking a **Customer Service Representative** to join its team on a **full-time, 3-month contractual basis** starting **February 1st, 2026**. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, professional, and able to handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email.
-   Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
