## Description

BD Department, KSA, Riyadh  
  
Objective:  
Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.  
  
Responsibilities:  
• Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, and events.  
• Build and manage a sales pipeline in CRM.  
• Pitch DRC’s catalog of services (Data, Research, Consultancy, Data Collection).  
• Negotiate contracts and close deals within sales cycle timelines.  
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.  
• Collaborate with marketing to develop digital campaigns.  
• Provide feedback to product/research teams based on client needs.  
  
Skills:  
• Strong presentation and communication skills (English & Arabic).  
• Negotiation and closing skills.  
• Knowledge of B2B consultative selling.  
• Ability to work under pressure and hit sales quotas.  
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).  
  
Qualifications:  
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related).  
• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in consulting, research, or data analytics.  
• Proven track record of hitting/exceeding targets
