## Description

Our Client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Key Accounts Executive to join their dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in managing the execution of sales strategies and account plans for modern trade / key accounts, ensuring strong business relationships, achieving sales targets, improving visibility, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Sales & Account Management:

\- Supervise day-to-day operations with key accounts.

\- Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies, promotions, trade marketing activities and market activations at store level.

\- Monitor and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

\- Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions in the market.

\- Support in negotiating agreements with accounts regarding listings, displays, and promotions.

Execution & Merchandising:

\- Ensure planogram compliance, product availability, and visibility in all outlets.-Oversee execution of in-store promotions and activations.

\- Ensure timely replenishment of stock and avoid out-of-stock situations.

Customer Relationship Management

\- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account decision-makers.

\- Handle and resolve customer complaints or operational issues effectively.

\- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and communication.

Reporting & Analysis:

\- Monitor sales performance and share regular reports with management.

\- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance.

\- Recommend opportunities for growth within each account.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):**

\- Achievement of sales targets for assigned key accounts.

\- Growth in market share and product distribution.

\- Effective execution of promotions and trade marketing activities.

\- Customer satisfaction and relationship strength.

\- Compliance with merchandising standards.

\- Team productivity and performance.

## Requirements

\- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

\- 3–5 years’ experience in FMCG sales, preferably with exposure to modern trade / key accounts.

\- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

\- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

\- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

\- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

\- A valid driver's license
