**Role Overview**

Our client is looking for an eloquent, highly persuasive Sales Development Representative (SDR) based remotely in Jordan or Syria. The SDR will spearhead outbound cold outreach, connect with high-level corporate decision-makers in Saudi Arabia, and qualify outbound interest to generate high-intent business meetings for the BD team.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Execute high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns targeting KSA decision-makers.

-   Qualify prospective accounts, identify key stakeholders, and map business pain points.

-   Successfully convert cold leads into qualified business meetings for the sales team.

-   Track daily outreach metrics, cold-call-to-meeting conversion rates, and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM.

-   Deliver articulate, engaging elevator pitches over the phone for our software and SaaS solutions.

**Key Requirements & Candidate Profile**

-   Location: Must be residing and working remotely from Jordan or Syria.

-   Experience: Proven experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or SDR roles targeting the Saudi Arabian (KSA) corporate market.

-   Product Familiarity: Prior experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or digital solutions.

-   Conversion Track Record: Demonstrated capability in turning cold calls into booked calendar meetings.

-   Communication Skills: Excellent phone presence, eloquent Arabic & English communication, clear articulation, and strong objection-handling abilities.
