Our client is seeking a dynamic and analytical Associate/Senior Associate to join the team supporting a visionary government digital entity. This role is perfect for a consultant with 4-6 years of experience who thrives on solving complex problems and executing strategic projects. You will be instrumental in supporting strategy formulation, conducting deep-dive analyses, and ensuring the smooth execution of transformative digital projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   **Strategic Analysis & Support:** Support the strategic planning cycle by conducting rigorous analysis, performing strategic deep dives, and employing structured problem-solving techniques to address key business challenges.
-   **Transformation Execution:** Assist in transformation planning and provide vital project management support. This includes tracking project milestones, supporting value realization efforts, and helping to prepare executive updates.
-   **Digital Project Involvement:** Act as a key team member on digital and technology-related projects, contributing analytical insights and supporting project delivery.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

-   4–6 years of professional experience, ideally within a leading consulting firm.
