**Available Shifts**

-   Shift 1: Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri from 2:00 AM to 12:00 PM
-   Shift 2: Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun from 2:00 AM to 12:00 PM

**Compensation**

-   $6 per hour

**Responsibilities**

-   Answer the phone 
-   Scheduling appointments
-   Correspond with patients via phone, text message, and email
-   Answer treatment-related questions
-   Ensure all appointment openings have been filled
-   Ensure all metrics are achieved on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

## Requirements

**Qualifications**

-   Minimum of 2 years call center experience
-   Be fluent in English with no accent
-   Be pleasant-sounding and easy to understand on the phone
-   Have a high proficiency in reading and writing in English
-   Be able to type quickly and accurately (50 wpm or greater)
-   Be able to work at consistently high-levels without mistakes
-   Have a good grasp of computers and technology
-   Sales experience would be helpful
-   Please elaborate if you have any previous experience with orthodontics, braces, or Invisalign
