**No Experience Required**

We provide **complete training through our in-house Sales Program**, where you’ll learn:

-   How to **inspect roofs and identify storm damage**
-   How to **pitch and close confidently**
-   The **insurance claims process**
-   How to guide homeowners from **inspection to installation**

**What You’ll Do**

-   Meet with homeowners in **storm-affected neighborhoods**
-   Act as a trusted consultant, guiding homeowners through inspections and insurance claims—never handing them a $20K bill yourself
-   Knock on doors and offer **free roof inspections**
-   Conduct roof inspections and submit lead information
-   Attend **weekly team meetings and trainings**
-   Close **personal deals and company-provided leads**
