# Maintenance Manager > Kinisla · Listowel, Ireland · Full-time · Posted 2026-07-02 **Workplace:** on_site **Department:** Engineering ## Description Here at Kinisla, we're currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team in Listowel, County Kerry. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising costs, maximising plant availability and output for a defined area within the site. ## Requirements - Manage a team of craftspeople to deliver area maintenance requirements in an efficient manner. - Manage your maintenance budget to deliver the maintenance requirements of the area. - In coordination with the planner / scheduler, deliver and refine the preventive maintenance - Continuous improvement of Safety, Environmental, Quality and hygiene standards - Work with operations teams on capital projects ensuring they are timely, on budget and compliant.
