# Maintenance Manager

## Description

Here at Kinisla, we're currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team in Listowel, County Kerry. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising costs, maximising plant availability and output for a defined area within the site.

## Requirements

-   Manage a team of craftspeople to deliver area maintenance requirements in an efficient manner.
-   Manage your maintenance budget to deliver the maintenance requirements of the area.
-   In coordination with the planner / scheduler, deliver and refine the preventive maintenance
-   Continuous improvement of Safety, Environmental, Quality and hygiene standards
-   Work with operations teams on capital projects ensuring they are timely, on budget and compliant. These projects will range from small plant improvement project to larger capital installation projects.
-   Work closely with other maintenance managers to progress the site Engineering programme.
-   Work closely with other functions within the manufacturing and maintenance functions.
-   Support the area CI programme.

### Preferred Qualifications:

-   A degree in mechanical / food process engineering or other relevant craft qualification.
-   Experience in management / supervisory role
