# KITRUM Careers

> <p>We can write a lot about the company culture , but I am not sure that you will want to read this long read ;)</p><p>However, I will describe our main principles:</p><p><strong>Principle 1: Experienced developers only.</strong></p><p>We don’t have Junior developers, so the teams consist of Middle + engineers who like to share knowledge, brainstorm, and invent new approaches to engineering.</p><p><strong>Principle 2: Put people first.</strong></p><p>We confess a religion in which people are more important than processes. In which the happiness of our employees is the most important business metric.</p><p><strong>Principle 3: Do not work with jackassesjackass.</strong></p><p>We check each client for adequacy, money, and long-term project. If at least one of the three points does not match, we do not continue the work. It helps to build open and honest “client-developer” communication.</p>
