## About the Role

We are seeking a **Senior Data Scientist** with strong machine learning expertise, analytical thinking, and business understanding to join our R&D team.

You will take ownership of key machine learning initiatives, particularly **conversion prediction (CPA optimization), CTR prediction, and bidding optimization**. The role focuses on translating business challenges into practical ML solutions, improving advertising performance, and maintaining existing ML models in production.

## Key Responsibilities

-   Develop, maintain, and optimize machine learning models, particularly CTR/CVR prediction.
-   Understand business objectives and translate them into actionable ML solutions that deliver measurable impact.
-   Analyze advertising performance, investigate anomalies, and identify opportunities for improvement.
-   Design experiments and evaluate model effectiveness using both ML metrics and business KPIs.
-   Take ownership of existing ML projects, ensuring their continuous improvement and reliability in production.
-   Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, and business teams to drive ML initiatives.

## Requirements

## Must Have

-   4+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning, preferably with production ML experience.
-   **Experience solving real-world ML problems in AdTech, FinTech, or similar domains, particularly those involving incomplete, delayed, or biased labels.**
-   Strong knowledge of ML algorithms, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
-   Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, or LightGBM.
-   **Strong business understanding and analytical problem-solving skills**, with the ability to connect ML solutions to business outcomes.
-   Ability to independently own ML projects, investigate issues, and drive improvements.
-   Good English communication and collaboration skills.

## Nice to Have

-   Experience in RTB, CTR/CVR prediction, CPA optimization.
-   Knowledge of A/B testing, model calibration, and online experimentation.
-   Experience with large-scale data processing and production ML systems.
-   Familiarity with LLMs and AI coding assistants.
