We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven **VP of Global Operations** to build our global operational engine from 0 to 1, automate our core processes, and lead our cross-regional teams.

**Role Overview**

In this high-impact executive role, you will be responsible for designing and deploying a centralized, automated global operations framework from the ground up. You will bridge our presence across Europe, APAC, and the US, establishing a 24/7 follow-the-sun operational model. A core priority will be architecting automated CRM tracking and data-driven systems that streamline client lifecycles, optimize internal workflows, and power scalable international expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1\. Global Operational Infrastructure & Automation**

-   **Build System:** Design, build, and scale a centralized global operations architecture from scratch to support rapid expansion across Europe, APAC, and the US.
-   **Systems & CRM Automation:** Spearhead the implementation and end-to-end automation of global operational tools, centralized CRM systems, and tracking mechanisms to ensure real-time visibility, data accuracy, and seamless workflows across all markets.
-   **24/7 Timezone Operations:** Establish and oversee a scalable "follow-the-sun" operational model, ensuring 24/7 continuity in service delivery, onboarding, and client support across multiple time zones.

**2\. Strategic Operations & Lifecycle Management**

-   **Customer Lifecycle & Onboarding:** Own and optimize the complete client onboarding journey and lifecycle operations, reducing time-to-value and driving retention.
-   **Commercial & Growth Enablement:** Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to provide the tools, metrics, and automated process support needed to drive global revenue growth.
-   **Data-Driven Insights:** Establish global KPIs, performance metrics, and operational analytics to champion data-led decision-making across all operational touchpoints.

**3\. Cross-Functional Leadership & Compliance**

-   **Cross-Functional Force Multiplier:** Align Product, Technology, Compliance, and Customer-facing teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure flawless global execution.
-   **Regulatory Oversight:** Oversee multi-jurisdictional compliance and risk frameworks across the UK, EU, APAC, and US, balancing operational speed with regulatory security.
-   **Team Building & Escalations:** Build, mentor, and lead high-performing, multi-region operational teams while acting as the ultimate escalation point for complex global operational challenges.

## Requirements

**What We’re Looking For**

-   **7+ years** in senior operations leadership roles (VP/Director level) within high-growth fintech, SaaS, or tech-enabled services.
-   **Proven 0-1 Track Record:** Demonstrated experience building international operations, workflows, and infrastructure from the ground up.
-   **Tech & Automation Mastery:** Deep, hands-on experience implementing global CRM systems, automated tracking tools, and operational tech stacks.
-   **Multi-Region & 24/7 Expertise:** Strong familiarity managing multi-jurisdictional operations spanning Europe, APAC, and the US under a 24/7 operational model.
-   **Data-Led & Systems Mindset:** Exceptionally structured, logical, and analytical—able to translate high-level strategy into automated, scalable daily operations.
-   **Agility:** Comfortable toggling between high-level strategic planning and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
