## Description

Come join the team at Kognitive Sales Solutions as an Energy Sales Advisor in Okotoks, AB! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about helping customers find the best energy solutions. In this role, you'll work in retail locations engaging with customers directly, sharing knowledge about one of North America’s largest energy providers, and making energy choices simple and smart for our community.

**What you'll do:**

-   Chat with customers at an in-store kiosk and help them discover the energy plans that suit their lifestyle.
-   Listen carefully to understand each customer's energy needs and offer personalized recommendations.
-   Explain the benefits and features of various energy products in a clear and friendly way.
-   Assist customers through the sign-up process, closing sales while ensuring they feel confident and valued.
-   Keep up with current promotions, rate changes, and energy trends so you can provide the best information.
-   Be a positive ambassador for our client's brand, driving sales and boosting awareness.
-   Deliver excellent customer service that leaves a great impression and builds lasting relationships.
-   Collaborate with store staff to create a welcoming and seamless experience for everyone.
-   Handle customer information with care and respect confidentiality at all times.

**What we offer:**

-   Competitive pay starting at $17.50/hr minimum guarantee plus uncapped commission.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is great but not required—we value your eagerness to learn and connect!
-   Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
-   Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
-   A desire to exceed goals and help customers find the best solutions.
-   Knowledge of energy products is a bonus, but we’ll train you.
-   Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
-   Comfortable using sales tools and managing customer information responsibly.
