## Description

-   Develop and execute the Company's sponsorship and partnership strategy to drive commercial opportunities, revenue growth, and long-term strategic collaborations.

-   Identify, develop, pitch, and secure sponsorships, brand partnerships, commercial collaborations, and cross-promotional opportunities across the Company's business portfolio.
-   Develop commercially attractive **sponsorship packages, partnership proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and customised solutions** based on partners' business and marketing objectives.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, sponsors, agencies, media partners, corporate clients, industry partners, and other key stakeholders.
-   Lead commercial discussions and negotiations covering partnership scope, sponsorship rights, deliverables, activation opportunities, commercial terms, and contract arrangements.
-   Create integrated partnership opportunities leveraging the Company's assets across **Film & Content Production, Concert Production, Events, Artist Management, Membership & Digital Commerce**.
-   Work closely with internal teams to develop creative sponsorship activations, branded content, artist collaborations, fan engagement initiatives, member benefits, digital campaigns, merchandise collaborations, and event experiences.
-   Manage partnerships from initial prospecting and proposal development through negotiation, contracting, activation, delivery, and post-campaign evaluation.
-   Ensure all sponsorship rights, benefits, branding commitments, and contractual deliverables are executed effectively and on schedule.
-   Identify new business opportunities and market trends, and continuously build a strong pipeline of prospective sponsors and strategic partners.
-   Monitor partnership performance, revenue contribution, campaign effectiveness, and partner satisfaction, and prepare regular commercial reports and recommendations.
-   Establish partnership KPIs, sales pipelines, forecasting, operational processes, and reporting frameworks to support sustainable business growth.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Event Management, or related disciplines, or equivalent qualification at HKQF Level 5.

-   Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Sponsorship, Brand Partnerships, Business Development, Commercial Partnerships, Advertising, Media Sales, Entertainment, Events, or related industries.
-   Experience in entertainment, concerts, film/content production, artist management, media, lifestyle, sports, events, or cultural sectors will be an advantage.
-   Proven track record in securing sponsorships, developing commercial partnerships, and generating revenue.
-   Strong network across brands, sponsors, advertising/media agencies, corporate clients, and business communities.
-   Demonstrated ability to develop sponsorship propositions and translate entertainment, content, audience, and event assets into compelling commercial opportunities.
-   Excellent presentation, pitching, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with confidence in engaging senior-level clients and stakeholders.
-   Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand partners' objectives and develop mutually beneficial partnership solutions.
-   Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders and manage partnerships from concept through execution.
-   Proactive, entrepreneurial, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
-   Experience in team management is preferred, with prior experience at supervisory level.
-   Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
