## Description

-   Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement and revenue growth across different business (digital consumer lending, credit card and loyalty program).
-   Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, CRM, content, O2O, partnership and traditional marketing channels.
-   Drive performance marketing initiatives and optimize customer journeys through data analytics, conversion and ROI management.
-   Identify and implement AI-powered marketing solutions, including AI content, automation, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies.
-   Build strategic partnerships with merchants, agencies and business partners to develop acquisition, spending and engagement campaigns.
-   Plan and manage online and offline events, brand activations and customer engagement programmes to strengthen brand awareness and business performance.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand positioning, campaign execution and customer experience.
-   Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations to support business growth.
-   Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

## Requirements

-   Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Financial Technology, or equivalent qualifications to HKQF level 5
-   Minimum 8 years' experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, partnership marketing or integrated marketing.
-   Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, consumer lending, credit card, payment, loyalty or e-commerce businesses is preferred
-   Strong understanding of performance marketing, social media, CRM, customer acquisition and marketing analytics
-   Exposure to AI marketing tools, marketing automation, AEO and GEO strategies will be an advantage
-   Proven track record in managing integrated campaigns and delivering measurable business results
-   Strong commercial mindset, project management and stakeholder management skills
-   Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
-   Immediately available is highly preferred
