## Description

-   Assist in account receivable and account payable transactions, ledger account, data entry
-   Work with team to perform full set of accounts activities including monthly financial closing, annual budget control, cashflow management, and record keeping in a timely and accurate manner
-   Collaborate with various Departments relating to financial and accounting issues and follow up
-   Participate in projects and events (in-/out-door)
-   Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
-   At least 2 years relevant working experience
-   Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage
-   Good English and Chinese typing skills
-   Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
-   Independent, proactive and attentive to details
-   Mature, well-organized and able to work under pressure
-   Participate in any in-/out-door marketing events outside office hours
-   Immediate available is preferred
