## Description

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Develop and implement public relations and corporate communications strategies to strengthen the Company's brand positioning, reputation, and media presence.
-   Lead publicity and communications initiatives across the Company's business portfolio, including **Film & Content Production, Concert Production, Events, Artist Management, and Membership & Digital Commerce**.
-   Plan and execute media relations activities, including press releases, media pitching, interviews, press conferences, media events, and publicity campaigns.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, influencers, industry stakeholders, business partners, government bodies, and other external parties.
-   Develop compelling communication angles and publicity strategies for concerts, artists, content productions, corporate initiatives, partnerships, events, and other key projects.
-   Manage corporate messaging, executive communications, media materials, presentations, FAQs, talking points, and other external communication materials.
-   Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, industry trends, and emerging issues, and provide timely recommendations to management.
-   Support issues management and crisis communications, including the development of communication protocols, holding statements, responses, and stakeholder communications when required.
-   Work closely with Concert Production, Film & Content Production, Artist Management, Partnerships, Membership & Digital Commerce, Marketing, and other internal teams to deliver integrated publicity and communication campaigns.
-   Manage PR agencies, media monitoring services, vendors, project budgets, timelines, and campaign performance.
-   stablish PR KPIs and reporting frameworks, and evaluate campaign effectiveness, media exposure, brand visibility, and communication outcomes.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines, or equivalent qualification at HKQF Level 5.
-   Minimum **8 years of relevant experience** in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Media Relations, Marketing Communications, Entertainment, Media, or related industries.
-   Experience in **entertainment, artist management, concerts, film/content production, media, lifestyle, sports, or cultural sectors** will be an advantage.
-   Proven track record in developing and executing PR strategies, publicity campaigns, media engagement, and corporate communications initiatives.
-   Strong media network and established relationships with journalists, media organisations, influencers, agencies, and relevant industry stakeholders.
-   Strong understanding of Hong Kong's media landscape, social media environment, and current communications trends.
-   Excellent writing, editing, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to develop clear and compelling messages for different audiences.
-   Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment.
-   Mature, proactive, resourceful, and able to handle sensitive or confidential matters with sound judgement.
-   Experience in team management is preferred, with prior experience at supervisory level.
-   Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
