We are seeking a passionate **R&D Cosmetics Formulator** to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing cosmetic formulations from concept to production, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Participate in the design and execution of all the research, development and scale-up activities in order to deliver an innovative and robust cosmetic formula
-   Constant updating and upgrading knowledge on legislative developments regarding the cosmetic science
-   Work directly with cross-functional teams such as Global Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Production, QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement
-   Review and evaluate stability, compatibility and safety testing results
-   Optimize existing formulations
-   Supervision of the Scale-up of the product
-   Cooperation with external partners in developing cosmetic products
-   Strong problem solving input

## Requirements

-   At least 5-10 yrs of professional experience in formulating cosmetic products
-   Knowledge of emulsions, surfactants, preservatives, active ingredients in cosmetic formulations
-   Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, M.S. Degree preferred
-   Lab and scale-up experience
-   Familiarity with Cosmetic Regulations and safety requirements
-   Demonstrate strong formulation skills
-   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-   Attention to detail and organization
-   Creative and innovation-driven mindset
-   Team spirit, excellent oral and communicational skills, reliability
