**KPMG Ukraine is looking for Intern, Management Consulting.**

An intern will help KPMG clients in addressing strategic and operational challenges by applying KPMG's international expertise combined with local knowledge and utilizing management consulting practices. This include supporting projects across a range of assignments, including business strategy development, market and industry analysis, operational and process optimization aimed at improving efficiency, supporting growth, and helping clients make informed strategic decisions. You will have an opportunity to work on different assignments with private sector companies, public authorities and international donor organizations

Intern will be part of a project team and will actively contribute to all stages of client engagements from collecting and analyzing information to formulating and testing hypotheses and developing recommendations.

**Responsibilities will include the following:**

-   Supporting the team by conducting research, including gathering, structuring, and systematizing information, as well as benchmarking relevant practices
-   Performing data analysis to identify key issues and generate initial insights
-   Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving to understand and address client challenges
-   Structuring information and translating analytical outputs into clear visual materials (charts, tables, and graphs) to clearly communicate findings and recommendations
-   Participate in the preparation and delivery of client deliverables (presentations, reports)

**To fulfill the role the candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:**

-   Graduate or last year student (able to work full time)
-   All majors considered, with preference for accounting, finance, business administration, economics, mathematics, or public administration
-   Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  
-   Basic quantitative and qualitative research skills 
-   Flexibility to work across different industries and engagement types  
-   Ability to prepare clear and well-structured presentations and reports 
-   Confident user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
-   Curiosity, desire to learn and grow professionally  
-   Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
