## Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Facility & Technical Services Engineer to support the installation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of equipment, facilities, and technical systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting the safe and efficient operation of machinery and infrastructure. 

This position requires a combination of hands-on technical expertise, project coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

## Requirements

**Technical Services & Maintenance** 

-   Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.  

-   Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation-related equipment issues. 

-   Analyze equipment performance and implement improvements to increase reliability and efficiency. 

-   Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. 

-   Maintain accurate maintenance records, technical documentation, and service reports. 

**Machine Installation & Commissioning** 

-   Coordinate the installation, relocation, and commissioning of machinery and technical equipment. 

-   Work with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams during equipment installation projects. 

-   Verify equipment functionality, conduct testing, and support operational handovers. 

-   Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel. 

-   Participate in factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT) where applicable. 

**Facility Management** 

-   Support the maintenance and optimization of building-related systems, including HVAC, utilities, electrical installations, and infrastructure. 

-   Coordinate external service providers and contractors. 

-   Monitor facility performance and identify opportunities for improvement. 

-   Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and facility standards. 

**Qualifications** 

-   Relevant experience in maintenance, technical services, facilities, machine installation, or engineering environments. 

-   Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems. 

-   Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS) is an advantage. 

-   Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. 

-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical reporting.
