Kubicki Draper is seeking an experienced **Associate Attorney** to join our **Complex Civil Litigation team** in our Pensacola/ Mobile office.

The ideal candidate will have **3+ years of litigation experience**, with a background in **General Liability and Insurance Defense**. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to grow their practice while working alongside an experienced team on complex civil litigation matters.

## Requirements

-   3+ years of litigation experience
-   Experience in General Liability and Insurance Defense preferred
-   Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
-   Excellent organizational and communication skills
-   Ability to effectively manage cases, deadlines, and client expectations
-   **Active member of the Florida Bar and/or Alabama Bar in good standing**
