## Description

Kubicki Draper is seeking an **Entry-Level Associate Attorney** to join its insurance defense team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed attorney or early-career attorney looking to develop strong litigation skills while working closely with an experienced shareholder handling a diverse caseload that includes **general negligence, premises liability, products liability, and first-party property claims**.

## Requirements

-   Entry-level attorneys and recent law school graduates who are members of the Florida Bar are encouraged to apply
-   Strong academic credentials
-   Excellent legal research and writing skills
-   Strong verbal and written communication skills
-   Highly organized with strong attention to detail
-   Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-   Commitment to providing exceptional client service
-   **Active member of the Florida Bar and in good standing**

### Your Day-to-Day

-   Assist with automobile liability, premises liability, products liability, and first-party property matters
-   Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents
-   Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy
-   Review medical records, claim files, discovery, and other case materials
-   Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
-   Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other members of the legal team
-   Work closely with an experienced shareholder and receive ongoing mentorship and litigation training
