## Description

LaBella Associates is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex renewable energy projects from early development through commissioning. This role serves as the primary point of contact and coordination for clients, internal technical teams, and external stakeholders while managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.

The Project Manager will lead multidisciplinary teams across Civil, Electrical, Structural, Environmental, Geotechnical, Survey, Planning, Landscape Architecture, Permitting, and specialty consulting disciplines to deliver utility-scale solar, battery energy storage, and other renewable energy projects throughout the Northeast and other strategic growth regions. Success in this role requires strong leadership, proactive communication, sound business judgment, and the ability to coordinate technical disciplines while maintaining exceptional client relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and can effectively balance project execution, business development, and team leadership.

**Job Duties**

-   Lead renewable energy projects and project portfolios through the full project lifecycle, from planning and development through design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and project closeout.
-   Serve as the primary client contact, coordinating with internal technical teams, regulatory agencies, utility providers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
-   Lead multidisciplinary teams by coordinating technical disciplines, allocating project resources, and fostering collaboration to achieve project objectives.
-   Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, staffing, and change to ensure successful project delivery.
-   Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, invoicing, change management, and profitability, to support informed business decisions and successful project delivery.
-   Support business development through client engagement, proposal preparation, fee development, contract negotiations, and identification of new opportunities.
-   Mentor project teams, promote collaboration, and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery practices.

**Salary Range: $145,000 - $155,000 per year**

The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
-   8+ years of experience managing renewable energy, utility, infrastructure, engineering, or construction projects.
-   Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams while managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
-   Strong client relationship, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage project teams, clients, and regulatory agencies.
-   Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
-   Experience with renewable energy development, permitting, engineering, or construction processes is preferred.
-   Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant project management or industry certifications are a plus.
