## Description

**Overview**

We’re hiring Assembly / Packers for a large, established plastics manufacturing operation.

This is a hands-on production role where manufactured components move through assembly, finishing, and packaging processes before becoming completed products. Depending on your station, you may assemble parts, inspect products, pack finished materials, load and unload components, or help keep the production line moving.

The work is physical and fast-paced, requiring you to stay active, keep up with the production line, and work alongside your team to meet daily production goals. No previous manufacturing experience is required. We're looking for dependable people who are comfortable working with their hands and willing to learn.

- **Variety of Work:** Learn multiple assembly stations, tools, equipment, quality processes, and production tasks as your skills develop

**Compensation**

- $15/hr – Day shift
- $16/hr – Night shift
- Built-in overtime through the rotating schedules
- Full-time, direct-hire – not a temp job
- Opportunities for advancement into more advanced production roles

**Shift**

Multiple openings are available on both days and nights:

- **Day Shift:** Rotating 2-2-3 schedule, 12-hour shifts
- **Night Shift:** Rotating 4-on / 4-off schedule, 12-hour shifts

**Responsibilities**

- **Assembly:** Assemble and fit together manufactured components following simple instructions and established production processes.
- **Packing & Packaging:** Sort, stack, wrap, strap, label, and package completed products for storage or shipment.
- **Production Line Support:** Keep up with the pace of the production line, handling materials and completing tasks efficiently to maintain steady production.
- **Quality Checks:** Visually inspect parts and finished products for damage, defects, or other quality issues.
- **Material Handling:** Load, unload, lift, carry, and organize components and finished products throughout the production area.
- **Safety & Housekeeping:** Keep work areas clean and organized while following established safety procedures.
- **Teamwork & Cross-Training:** Work alongside other production employees and learn different stations as needed.
