## Description

**Overview** We're hiring Precision Grinders for our manufacturing team at our Fulton campus in Tulsa. We build high-quality, precision components that help power essential industries. You'll set up and run surface, OD/ID, magnetic chuck, CNC, and crush grinders, holding tight tolerances on every part. **Compensation**

-   $20 – $32 / hr, based on experience
-   11.5% shift differential
-   $4,000 sign-on bonus

**Hiring on 2nd and Weekend Shift**

-   **2nd Shift**: 4:30pm-3am ; Monday-Thursday
-   **Weekend Shift**: 6am-6pm ; Friday-Sunday

**Responsibilities**

-   Setups: Set up and operate surface, OD/ID, magnetic chuck, CNC, and crush grinders.
-   Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints, job packets, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
-   Wheel Selection: Select and dress the right grinding wheel for each job.
-   Inspection: Inspect finished parts with micrometers, calipers, and gauges to confirm tight tolerances and finishes.
-   Maintenance: Maintain and perform light repairs on grinding equipment.
-   Teamwork: Collaborate with teammates and engineers to solve problems and improve processes.
-   Safety: Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe.

## Requirements

**Required**

-   3+ years of experience in precision grinding or high-tolerance machining
-   Familiarity with grinding machines, tooling, and materials
-   Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
-   Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
-   Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
-   Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety

**Preferred**

-   Experience on CNC and crush grinders
-   Experience with wheel dressing and selection across materials
-   Experience performing light equipment maintenance and repairs
