## Description

**Overview**

We're hiring a skilled Process Engineer for our polymer and chemical compounding plant in Morristown.

You take new products from design review to full production — setting formulations and running conditions, supervising trial runs, and submitting Manufacturing Feedback reports to Commercial and Product Development. Between launches, you attack scrap, transition time, and run rates, monitoring data daily and stepping in when a process drifts out of alignment.

Supervisors and operators will come to you for answers, and you'll train them on new products and procedures.
