**Salary:** USD 65,000–65,000

**Workplace:** on_site

## Description

We're hiring a Logistics & Packaging Coordinator to own packaging, shipping, receiving, and freight management for a precision component manufacturer serving customers across highly regulated, quality-driven industries. This is a hands-on, fast-paced environment where accuracy, documentation, and customer compliance matter every day.

This is also a place to build a long-term career. Our client is a well-established, family-owned precision manufacturer with decades of experience and advanced CNC machining and additive manufacturing capabilities. If you bring strong organizational instincts, sound judgment, and a bias toward ownership, there is real opportunity to grow alongside the company.

**Why This Role**

- **Precision industry exposure**: work directly with packaging and shipping requirements for high-spec, close-tolerance components
- **Ownership and autonomy**: independently manage logistics priorities, carrier relationships, and packaging standards — not just executing a checklist
- **Established, stable company**: decades in business, long-standing ownership, long-term customer relationships
- **Cross-functional visibility**: work directly with Supply Chain, Production Control, Quality, Engineering, and Operations

**Compensation, Schedule & Benefits**

- $65,000 / year, salaried
- First Shift, Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k)
- Paid time off
