### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Develop and manage content calendars across relevant social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Pinterest, etc.).
-   Create, curate, and schedule social media content aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
-   Monitor and engage with communities - responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and on-brand manner.
-   Analyze organic social performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
-   Identify and capitalize on trending content formats, platform features, and cultural moments.
-   Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality social assets.
-   Develop and test content strategies to grow followers, improve engagement rates, and increase reach.
-   Manage influencer or creator relationships where applicable.
-   Brief and coordinate with paid media teams to amplify high-performing organic content.
-   Stay current with platform algorithm changes, new features, and social media best practices

## Requirements

### Must-Have Requirements

-   2–4+ years of professional experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
-   Proven experience growing social media accounts organically across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
-   Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone, messaging, and brand voice for different audiences.
-   Experience creating and managing content calendars across multiple brands or campaigns.
-   Proficiency with social media management platforms such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, or similar.
-   Strong understanding of social media analytics, engagement metrics, and performance reporting.
-   Ability to identify trends and translate them into engaging, high-performing content.
-   Experience collaborating with designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
-   Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills.
-   Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).

### Nice-to-Have Requirements

-   Experience managing social media for e-commerce or DTC brands.
-   Hands-on experience creating or editing short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
-   Familiarity with influencer marketing and creator partnerships.
-   Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
-   Knowledge of paid social advertising and integrating organic content with paid campaigns.
-   Experience launching or scaling new social media accounts from the ground up.
-   Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and social attribution.
-   Experience working remotely with distributed international teams.
