AEDN est à la recherche d’un **homme à tout faire général** pour se joindre à son équipe. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable d’une grande variété de travaux de réparation, d’entretien et d’amélioration au sein de **sites résidentiels et/ou commerciaux**.

Le candidat idéal est fiable, ponctuel, autonome et possède un grand souci du détail.

**Exigences et qualifications**

-   Minimum **2 ans d’expérience** comme homme à tout faire ou dans un poste similaire
-   Connaissances de base en menuiserie, plomberie et électricité
-   Expérience en réparation de cloisons sèches (gypse), peinture, revêtements de sol, céramique et entretien général
-   Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à établir les priorités efficacement
-   Personne fiable, autonome et ponctuelle
-   Attitude proactive et souci du détail avec un bon sens de l’observation pour les réparations et l’entretien
-   Capacité à communiquer en anglais ; le bilinguisme est un atout, mais n’est pas obligatoire
-   Solides aptitudes au travail d’équipe et aux relations interpersonnelles

**General Handyman**

AEDN is looking to hire a **General Handyman** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide variety of repair, maintenance, and improvement projects across **residential and/or commercial properties**.

The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and has a strong attention to detail.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

-   Minimum of **2 years of experience** as a handyman or in a similar position
-   Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
-   Experience with drywall repairs, painting, flooring, tile repairs, and general maintenance
-   Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
-   Reliable, independent, and punctual
-   Proactive and detail-oriented with a keen eye for repairs and maintenance needs
-   Must be able to communicate in English; bilingualism is considered an asset but is not required
-   Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
