Our team is growing and we are looking for an **Outbound Growth Intern** to help us solve some of the most exciting and meaningful challenges in AI today.

## Requirements

### Your Role at LatticeFlow AI ♟️

You'll work directly with our Head of Growth to build and run outbound pipelines targeting the European market: identifying the right companies, crafting compelling sequences, and helping turn cold outreach into qualified pipeline. Modern prospecting is waiting for you.

**Please note:** This is a fixed-term 6-month internship. There is no path to full-time conversion at the end.

Key Responsibilities:

-   Research and identify high-fit target accounts in the European market
-   Build and manage outreach sequences 
-   Write and iterate on outbound messaging, personalizing at scale without losing quality
-   Being creative to adopt new ways to be successful in how to do your job
-   Track activity and pipeline in our CRM; report on what's working and what is not
