We’re looking for a **Product Design**er to help shape experiences across our customer apps, web platform, and internal operational tools.

### What you’ll do

-   Design end-to-end product experiences across mobile and web
-   Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations teams
-   Turn business and user problems into intuitive and scalable solutions
-   Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and production ready UI designs
-   Contribute to and evolve our design system
-   Use research, analytics, and experimentation to improve experiences
-   Participate in product discovery and help shape roadmap discussions
-   Balance speed and quality in a fast-moving environment

### What we’re looking for

-   4–6 years of experience designing digital products
-   Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and UI deliverables
-   Experience designing mobile-first consumer experiences
-   Good understanding of product thinking, user behavior, and interaction design
-   Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
-   Ability to communicate ideas clearly and explain design decisions
-   Proficiency in Figma and other design workflows
-   Attention to detail with a pragmatic mindset

### Nice to have

-   Experience working on operational or logistics products
-   Familiarity with experimentation / A/B testing
-   Experience maintaining design systems
-   Experience in iterative design approaches

### Work Schedule

-   9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1 hour break)
-   5 days per week (Mon-Fri)
-   Shift timings: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK Time) / 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (IST)
-   Office-based role in Bengaluru
